1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Khoozo website, the Khoozo marketplace app, and any of our four solution divisions — Khoozo IT, Khoozo Real Estate, Khoozo Visa Solutions, and Khoozo Travel & Holiday (together, "Khoozo", "we", "us"). By using our site, app, or services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Our Services

Khoozo operates as a multi-division solutions brand:

  • Khoozo IT — website, mobile app and custom software development.
  • Khoozo Real Estate — land share, apartment and builders consultancy.
  • Khoozo Visa Solutions — student visa and university admission support.
  • Khoozo Travel & Holiday — air ticketing and holiday/tour planning.
  • The Khoozo app — a separate neighbourhood task and service marketplace product built by Khoozo IT, with its own in-app terms presented at sign-up.

Each division's scope, pricing and timeline is confirmed in writing (email or a signed proposal) before work begins; nothing on this website is itself a binding quote.

3. Consultations & Engagements

An initial consultation is free and non-binding. A paid engagement begins only once both parties agree on scope, price and timeline in writing. Khoozo is not a party to, and does not guarantee the outcome of, third-party decisions (e.g. visa approval, loan approval, or land registration) that depend on government bodies, banks, or other institutions beyond our control.

4. Payments

Fees and payment schedules are agreed per engagement. Real estate land-share investments and subscriptions inside the Khoozo app are activated manually after our team's review — see the relevant division's page or the in-app terms for details.

5. Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, respond to document or approval requests in a timely manner, and use our website, app and communication channels lawfully and without attempting to disrupt or misuse them.

6. Intellectual Property

The Khoozo name, logo, and all website and app content are owned by Khoozo unless otherwise noted. Software, designs and documents we deliver to you under a paid engagement are licensed or transferred as agreed in that engagement's written scope.

7. Limitation of Liability

Khoozo provides its services "as is" and, to the extent permitted by law, is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that specific engagement.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as Khoozo evolves. Continued use of our website, app or services after a change means you accept the update.
